This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate revenue performance, product adoption, customer behavior, and monetization prospects across various product lines.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize impactful initiatives.
• Create business cases, growth strategies, and strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing revenue and adoption.
• Lead planning processes and monitor progress towards key business objectives.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of HighLevel's products, customers, and revenue drivers.
• Spot opportunities in new revenue streams, adoption, and growth.
• Work closely with Product teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that yield business results.
• Align Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams around shared goals.
• Promote clarity, accountability, and execution across intricate initiatives.
• Persuade stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across various functions.
• Manage high-priority initiatives from conception through implementation.
• Establish operational rhythms, success metrics, and tracking systems.
• Monitor results, identify potential risks, and make necessary adjustments.
• Continuously enhance planning, prioritization, and execution processes.
• 7–12 years of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, Product Strategy, Revenue Strategy, Growth, or Business Operations.
• Strong grasp of SaaS business models, monetization strategies, pricing, adoption, retention, and growth metrics.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, GTM, and Leadership teams.
• Demonstrated history of translating strategy into tangible execution and achieving measurable business results.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing others without direct authority.
• Proficient with AI tools and contemporary productivity workflows.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, startup, or consulting environments is preferred.
