This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the operational activities of the CMO office, focusing on budget management, resource allocation, goal establishment, and prioritization of developmental initiatives.
• Drive ongoing process enhancements and standardization efforts for Clinical Development in Solid Tumors.
• Act as a liaison and collaborator among different functional areas to facilitate process improvements.
• Exhibit strong Project Management capabilities to oversee various cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate exceptional data visualization abilities to create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Oversee the department's resource allocation process.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor the tracking of planned versus actual accruals.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical and drug development within the biotech or pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Extensive experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
