Associate Director, Strategic Adoption – Change Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee organizational readiness initiatives for enterprise transformation projects and strategic endeavors.

• Develop and implement comprehensive change enablement strategies that align stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and reinforcement efforts.

• Perform stakeholder assessments, change impact evaluations, readiness checks, and risk assessments.

• Identify obstacles to adoption and devise mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to integrate changes into standard business operations.

• Establish metrics for adoption and feedback systems to promote continuous enhancement.

• Work alongside AI Enablement and Innovation CoE teams to expedite AI adoption.

• Assist AI initiatives by managing communications, learning, readiness, and engagement efforts.

• Prepare executive presentations, newsletters, leadership communications, and success stories.

• Facilitate networks for ambassadors, champions, and stakeholders.

• Uphold Transformation Enablement CoE standards, methodologies, and capability development.

• Act as a trusted advisor on best practices for change readiness, engagement, and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, communications, organizational readiness, employee engagement, learning, or related fields.

• Proven experience leading technology, process, organizational, or digital transformation projects.

• Background in supporting executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.

• Experience in conducting stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
