This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Achieve or surpass business goals within our compliance framework.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders in accounts and act as the primary point of contact for ADC Therapeutics.
• Hold full responsibility for managing a team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Gain insights into accounts and their perceptions/sentiments regarding ZYNLONTA.
• Create comprehensive account plans for each key account and collaborate across the organization to implement these plans.
• Act as both a player and a coach for the area business, overseeing the performance of personal accounts as well as that of the Hematology Therapeutic Specialists.
• Be well-versed in the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA and effectively communicate its value proposition to key stakeholders.
• Leverage approved materials and resources to increase awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTA.
• Map physicians and key stakeholders within each account to effectively drive advocacy for ZYNLONTA.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders within accounts to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA, including office staff, pharmacists, and business managers, while managing requests in a compliant manner.
• Engage in account reviews and business assessments alongside the cross-functional ADCT team.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Over 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry is preferred.
• Experience in Oncology/Hematology is preferred.
• Familiarity with buy and bill products is preferred.
• Proven account management experience.
• Experience in people management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication, listening, collaboration, business acumen, follow-through, and influencing skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
