This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• The Associate Director of Strategic Account Management serves as the main commercial liaison for the company, interacting with C/D-suite executives and Population Decision-Makers at prominent community Oncology group practices, academic cancer centers, and integrated delivery networks.
• This position is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by coordinating the necessary resources and personnel to address customer needs.
• Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining account plans, engaging with healthcare decision-makers, providing functional clarity, and developing the account strategy to meet organizational goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales is necessary.
• Prior experience in Account Management is essential.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Management, its landscape, and compliance regulations is required.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication skills are needed.
• Must demonstrate excellent business acumen, insights, and a strategic approach.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.
• Experience in selling to C/D-suite executives is required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
