Associate Director – State Partnerships

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture impactful relationships with partners at the state level.

• Align the priorities of ACS pillars through effective strategic account management and partner collaboration.

• Organize and engage a variety of stakeholders to execute evidence-based strategies.

• Offer technical assistance and disseminate resources to enhance interventions.

• Foster and support champions within the healthcare and community sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related discipline is required.

• More than five years of progressive experience in management, administration, and oversight within the healthcare sector.

• Proven success in developing executive-level relationships and engaging strategic stakeholders.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare practices and policies.

• Extensive experience in building relationships with health systems, community organizations, and volunteers.

• Proficient in designing outcome-driven interventions, educational initiatives, and conducting evaluations.
