Associate Director, State Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture impactful relationships with state-level partners.

• Align strategies with ACS pillar priorities through effective account management.

• Assemble and engage a variety of stakeholders to execute evidence-based strategies.

• Offer technical assistance and distribute resources to facilitate implementation.

• Foster and support champions within healthcare and community settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, healthcare, nonprofit management, or a related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare management.

• Proven success in developing executive-level relationships.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare practices and regulations.

• Significant experience in building relationships with health systems.

• Proficient in designing outcome-based interventions and performing evaluations.
