This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, assess, and authorize scientific and educational materials for both internal and external audiences.
β’ Lead or co-lead the Medical Communication Plan specific to the Care Area(s) at the country level.
β’ Provide medical review and insights for promotional materials in collaboration with care area leads.
β’ Oversee processes related to the review of external materials, documentation governance, and cross-functional medical compliance.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues from internal departments on cross-functional initiatives.
β’ Manage operational processes that support publications and congress planning within the US.
β’ Ensure compliance in the US for publication planning, authorship documentation, and post-congress reporting.
β’ Maintain dashboards and reporting for publication progress, congress activities, and US medical communications workflows.
β’ Partner with GMAPS S&O, Care Areas, Program, and Functional leaders to integrate AI into operating models.
β’ An advanced scientific degree is preferred (PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, MPH, MSc, or similar).
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or imaging sectors.
β’ Proven experience in medical review, medical information, medical governance, evidence operations, congress/publication operations, or medical systems/process management.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading AI and digital projects/programs within regulated environments.
