This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in a cohesive planning, cost, and risk management environment throughout the project.
• Ensure adherence to the defined planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Create baselines for Project Milestone and Progress tracking.
• Evaluate subcontractor adherence to the established scheduling practices.
• Conduct analyses of schedule data to identify trends, issues, and necessary areas of focus.
• Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding the project schedule.
• Oversee schedule reporting, which includes updates on schedule forecasts and management of schedule contingencies.
• Ensure that contractor schedules align with the integrated schedules and milestones.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
• At least 8 years of pertinent experience in a scheduling role within the construction sector.
• Proven experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Practical knowledge of network planning structures and methodologies.
• Proficient user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or later, as well as Microsoft Project.
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication abilities.
