This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Generate new and expansion revenue for IQVIA’s digital marketing services and solutions, which encompass SEO, AI Search, Paid Media, and Marketing Automation, targeting hospital and health system clients.
• Act as both a sales manager and an individual contributor, meeting defined revenue goals while mentoring and developing a team of sales professionals.
• Take ownership of revenue targets by utilizing a consultative sales approach aimed at addressing client business challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare digital marketing solutions, including paid media, AI search, SEO, content marketing, analytics, marketing automation, and emerging AI-driven marketing capabilities.
• Lead intricate sales efforts, which include discovery sessions, solution development, value articulation, proposal presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
• Collaborate with IQVIA Provider commercial teams to pinpoint cross-selling and co-selling opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in hospitals and health systems across marketing, communications, digital strategy, physician outreach, and executive leadership.
• Engage in prospecting and relationship-building through industry networking, conferences, client interactions, and other business development activities.
• Lead, coach, and nurture a team of sales professionals.
• Cultivate a high-performance sales culture through coaching, accountability, performance measurement, and professional development.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales activities, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate internal resources for opportunity qualification, solution design, proposal development, pricing, contracting, and implementation readiness.
• Act as a liaison between clients and IQVIA’s operational, product, and service delivery teams to facilitate smooth transitions from sale to implementation.
• To qualify for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• This role is US Remote, with responsibilities in the Northeast territory and an ability to travel approximately 25%.
• A minimum of 10 years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience, including at least 3 years in sales leadership or people management roles.
• Relevant experience in sales or account management within the hospital or health system industry and/or agency/professional services.
• Strong comprehension of hospital and health system market dynamics, including marketing, service line growth, and referral development.
• Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering positive relationships at all levels of client management and within IQVIA sales, consulting, and marketing teams.
• Must be results-driven, customer-centric, consultative, resourceful, collaborative, organized, and a skilled negotiator.
