This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics for KOL customers within the hematology oncology product line.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Training, Commercial Operations, and Business Analytics.
• Execute integrated KOL and customer engagement strategies for Brukinsa and Beqalzi.
• Establish partnerships with external KOL customers and shape internal commercial strategies.
• Contribute to the strategy for the promotional speaker bureau.
• Implement integrated commercial and marketing strategic plans.
• Work with multiple teams to ensure alignment with the US commercialization strategy.
• Share market insights and propose solutions.
• Create promotional content and programming for conferences.
• Drive business outcomes and support cultural and personnel initiatives.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Hematology Oncology sales and/or marketing is preferred.
• Experience with biotech or pharmaceutical product launches in the US market is preferred.
• Proven ability to build actionable and meaningful relationships with KOL customers.
• Proficient in influencing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in communication, strategic agility, achieving results, and fostering teamwork/collaboration.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree in business, economics, biological sciences, or medical sciences is preferred.
