This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee, mentor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of team members while tracking team KPIs and distributing workloads effectively.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to members of the operations team.
• Manage project escalations to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance performance on research projects.
• Work closely with senior management to adapt, develop, and implement processes, procedures, and system improvements.
• Investigate and handle project escalations.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and meet client satisfaction.
• Monitor the productivity and quality of data collection for team projects.
• Supervise the billing process for the team, ensuring projects conclude with anticipated profitability.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices and policies for client service.
• Execute client service improvement plans for assigned accounts, ensuring collaboration with sales and other team members, providing a consistent and solution-focused approach throughout the client journey.
• Oversee the training of new team members and assess the training needs of current staff.
• Authorize annual leave, expense reports, and conduct quarterly reviews for direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Research.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in healthcare-focused Market Research is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Familiarity with complex market research projects, which may include programming, intricate sampling, international studies, translations, patients, or patient referrals (preferred).
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve departmental objectives.
