Associate Director, Qualitative Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, evaluate, and cultivate the skills of team members while tracking team KPIs and managing workload distribution.

• Accountable for offering guidance and mentorship to operations team members.

• Handle project escalations to guarantee timely completion within budget constraints.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance performance on research initiatives.

• Supervise the team's billing process to ensure projects conclude with anticipated profitability.

• Assist in the creation and execution of best practices and policies related to client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• At least 5+ years of experience in Qualitative Market Research.

• A minimum of 3+ years of project management experience.

• Required: 2+ years of experience in healthcare-focused Market Research.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in employee management.

• Experience in complex market research projects, which may include programming, intricate sampling, international studies, translations, patients, or patient referrals is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
