📋 Description

• We are looking for a full-time, remote Associate Director of Provider Marketing.

• The Associate Director of Provider Marketing (Associate Director, Outreach & Education) will be responsible for fostering the development, upkeep, and growth of referrals for both existing and new logo prospects nationwide by securing referrals directly from facilities across the country.

• This position will hold accountability for achieving sales targets set forth in a Go to Market Individual Compensation Plan (ICP).

• Achieve or surpass sales objectives by cultivating, managing, and enhancing referrals for both current accounts and/or assigned new logo prospects with facilities.

• Ensure intercompany referrals and communication within the enterprise to promote collaboration among teams within Paradigm.

• Create a pipeline for new logo and current client opportunities that meet or exceed sales targets. The VP of Sales and Director of Provider Marketing will assist in defining the pipeline expectations for this role.

• Identify and engage qualified provider opportunities that will directly influence Care at Home services, including PAC, HH, DME, O&P, and Mods.

• Balance efforts between nurturing existing relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

• Record all sales and account details in Salesforce (or a comparable company-supported CRM program) weekly to provide comprehensive information for personal success, managerial insight, and shared knowledge across Paradigm business units.

• Assist the Senior Director, Post Acute Care Services with any stewardship tasks involving key Providers as required.

• Conduct strategy sessions prior to significant account or new logo opportunities with the VP of Sales and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate closing the sale.

• Analyze and understand customer organizational dynamics and adapt sales strategies to enhance effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of two to four years’ experience in customer service/account management or outside sales, with at least two years of related experience in insurance or a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of the workers' compensation industry, with workers' compensation claims experience being highly desirable.

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a strong phone presence. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and medical/patient reports. Ability to craft clear and persuasive correspondence and memos. Capable of presenting both virtually and in-person as necessary.

• Reasoning Ability: Outstanding analytical skills – demonstrated proficiency in independently identifying, defining, and resolving issues. Ability to gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret a range of instructions and handle both abstract and concrete variables; demonstrated skill in analyzing complex situations, problems, and data; capable of exercising sound judgment and decision-making; anticipates customer needs and reactions.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.

• Utilize AI tools to assist with daily tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve output quality. Embrace new technologies as trained and apply them in accordance with established processes and guidelines.

• Exhibit a customer-first approach by developing a thorough understanding of the Paradigm organization, products, operations, and customers. Prioritize collaboration to fulfill customer needs and expectations while taking personal responsibility for service quality.
