
Associate Director β Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take full ownership of producing and managing flagship accounts, encompassing budget development and oversight, schedule formulation and management, execution, and delivery.
β’ Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to guarantee projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and within the established budget.
β’ Facilitate communication, requests, and project requirements with clients, either directly or through the client servicing team.
β’ Proactively address and resolve potential issues to prevent obstacles for creative and production teams throughout every phase of the project lifecycle.
β’ Manage the vendor approval process and oversee vendor relationships.
β’ Assist in leading and mentoring the US project management and video production team to ensure adherence to processes and quality across all projects.
β’ Aid in planning, monitoring, and analyzing key metrics related to project delivery, resource management, and overall team performance.
β’ Proactively suggest best practices across resource management, project delivery, budgeting, contracts, and more.
β’ Propose new strategies to enhance operational efficiency within the team and contribute to the definition of processes as needed.
β’ Support or lead pitches and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
β’ Over 6 years of experience in post-production or project management, either at a production house or in-house at an agency.
β’ Proven experience managing the complete project lifecycle across multifaceted campaigns and projects.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Design & Motion Graphics, along with the Post-Production process encompassing Editing, VFX, and Sound.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to problem-solve, adapt, and implement solutions effectively.
β’ Experience in team management and resource planning.
β’ Background in an agency or production house environment; Social Media experience is preferred.
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
β’ Familiarity with project and resource management tools, such as Airtable.
β’ Technical knowledge of various production software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
β’ Experience in shoot production or 3D production is considered an asset.
