This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the quality, growth, and advancement of Spectrum's programmatic and CTV capabilities across client accounts.
• Act as the agency's expert on programmatic media, CTV, audience activation, measurement, and new biddable media opportunities.
• Build, launch, optimize, troubleshoot, and report on programmatic and CTV campaigns utilizing DSPs and activation platforms.
• Convert audience, media, data, and measurement strategies into actionable omnichannel activation plans.
• Examine performance data and create optimization recommendations that enhance business outcomes and deliver client value.
• Collaborate with Media Planning, Analytics, Media Technology, Project Management, and Client Services to provide integrated media solutions.
• Foster relationships with key platforms, data, inventory, measurement, and technology partners.
• Deliver strategic recommendations, performance insights, and points of view to clients and internal teams.
• Aid in new business and organic growth opportunities through programmatic strategy, media recommendations, capability presentations, and scope development.
• Create and uphold best practices, QA standards, training materials, and repeatable workflows that enhance a scalable programmatic practice.
• Guide team members and cross-functional partners in programmatic fundamentals, optimization techniques, and activation best practices.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in programmatic media, biddable media, digital activation, or related fields, ideally within an agency setting.
• Extensive hands-on experience in building, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns on DSPs and programmatic platforms.
• Proficiency in programmatic display, native, online video, CTV/OTT, digital audio, and emerging biddable environments.
• Familiarity with platforms such as DeepIntent, EXTE, VIANT, Doceree, PulsePoint, DV360, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk; Programmatic CTV/OTT, YouTube, premium video marketplaces, and digital audio platforms; Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, measurement and verification solutions; LiveRamp, Snowflake, audience onboarding, identity resolution, and privacy-safe data activation tools.
• Strong grasp of audience strategy, media planning, ad technology, measurement, and privacy-conscious activation.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and foster alignment across planning, analytics, technology, and client service functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client presentation abilities.
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to the development of scalable processes, tools, and capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industries is required.
