📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Associates across U.S.-based, nearshore, and offshore teams, fostering professional growth, accountability, and a high-performing team culture.

• Collaborate closely with the Strategy/Performance and Ad Ops teams to translate strategic initiatives into effective execution, ensuring that optimizations are implemented accurately and efficiently.

• Oversee the successful deployment lifecycle of all campaigns managed by your team, including campaign build, trafficking, quality assurance, launch, optimization implementation, and post-launch validation to guarantee accurate, efficient, and high-quality execution.

• Direct the development of campaign architecture and account structure, establishing scalable frameworks that facilitate performance, reporting, optimization, and operational excellence.

• Act as the senior escalation point for issues related to deployment challenges, launch risks, tracking discrepancies, platform troubleshooting, and operational problems, while upholding governance standards, quality assurance processes, and deployment best practices across the account.

• Identify, test, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance campaign deployment, quality assurance, project management, documentation, and optimization workflows across the team.

• Manage internal project management for programmatic deployment efforts, creating deployment roadmaps, launch calendars, implementation checklists, and operational documentation that ensure timely, scalable, and error-free delivery.

• Work collaboratively across functional departments, such as Ad Operations, Data Science & Analytics, Integrated Media Strategy & Planning, Project Management, and other media craft teams to achieve seamless campaign execution.

• Continuously identify, develop, and scale process enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that improve deployment velocity, quality assurance, documentation, operational efficiency, and overall team effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in programmatic media within an agency setting, including background in supporting large, complex, enterprise-level clients.

• Advanced proficiency in leading programmatic platforms, including The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, and Google Ads, with deep expertise in Google Ads and YouTube essential for this role.

• Extensive knowledge in campaign architecture, account structure development, media deployment, quality assurance, trafficking, launch management, and optimization implementation.

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, capable of coaching, influencing, and creating growth opportunities for others.

• Significant experience managing intricate deployment workflows involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and workstreams while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, operational planning, launch governance, and process development within enterprise media environments.

• Confident mastery of troubleshooting campaigns, validating measurements, verifying tracking, and ensuring quality assurance across complex programmatic campaigns.

• Demonstrated ability to build trust, stay organized, manage competing priorities, and produce high-quality work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• A proactive "get sh*t done" attitude when addressing operational challenges, eliminating obstacles, and driving execution forward.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify risks, refine processes, and translate technical details into actionable insights.
