This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Drive the transition from an application-focused model to a Product & Service Operating Model.
• Implement portfolio governance, service ownership, value stream alignment, and scaled agile methodologies.
• Standardize the communication of roadmaps, service definitions, and delivery processes to business partners.
• Mentor Service Owners in Scaled Agile and contemporary delivery best practices.
• Guide Service Owners in enhancing service/product portfolio management.
• Collaborate with the DT PMO to define and execute the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
• Create and oversee funding models that align with product/service-based delivery.
• Administer operational governance of the Service Catalog, including additions, modifications, and retirements.
• Promote transformation objectives among business stakeholders and facilitate organizational adoption.
• Serve as a transformation leader with a proven track record in advancing Agile and portfolio maturity.
• Collaborate with Service Owners during the transition, identify necessary skills within the team, and devise solutions to address gaps.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 12+ years of relevant work experience; OR a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of applicable experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory (due to Government contract requirements).
• Proficiency in Planview, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Previous experience in Scaled Agile transformation.
• In-depth operational knowledge of SAFe - Scaled Agile Certified, capable of conducting PI planning, and understanding LACE (RTE, PO).
• ITIL certification is required.
• Certification in Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) leadership.
• Background in Service/Product Portfolio Management.
• Experience with large-scale Operating Model Transformations.
• Familiarity with establishing foundational Portfolio structures.
• Understanding of an Operating Model encompassing multiple components and the goals of an Operating Model versus an Operating System.
• Capability to influence leaders and individuals who do not report directly to them.
