This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the technical roadmap for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring it aligns with organizational objectives and is scalable across all business units, while collaborating closely with the Workforce Intelligence program lead to incorporate their strategic roadmap and goals into the overall planning strategy.
• Provide oversight and strategic guidance to individual business unit product owners, promoting collaboration and ensuring uniformity across business units during implementation and sustainment efforts.
• Drive the successful execution of Workday Adaptive Planning for two additional business units, while managing the ongoing sustainment of a current deployment.
• Create and implement governance frameworks, including Jira deployment models, structured testing frameworks, and ticket workflows, to enhance delivery efficiency and system consistency.
• Work in partnership with Workforce Intelligence, Digital Technology, and other cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, align planning outputs, and guarantee seamless system integration and operations.
• Monitor and uphold data quality, security protocols, and compliance across all implementations, while designing robust intake and support models for smooth transitions to production and long-term system stability.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for business unit leaders and product owners, offering insights on best practices for utilizing Workday Adaptive Planning to meet workforce planning objectives.
• Continuously seek and implement opportunities for innovation, optimization, and increased efficiency in workforce planning systems and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field with 12 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management, workforce planning, or enterprise system implementation, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role overseeing cross-functional teams and projects.
• Demonstrated experience as a product manager or director, with a focus on enterprise system implementations or workforce planning solutions.
• Strong expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning or similar enterprise planning platforms, with practical experience managing multi-phased deployments across various business units.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including direct oversight of product owners or managers, with a successful track record in managing technical roadmaps and aligning them with program-level strategies and objectives.
• Proficient in developing and managing governance and deployment frameworks using tools such as Jira for project management and workflow optimization, along with experience in managing partnered deployments and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with program leadership, cross-functional teams, and organizational leaders.
