Associate Director, Product Management – Neuro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for Viz.ai’s Neuro Suite.

• Convert clinical requirements into sophisticated and scalable software solutions for effective care coordination.

• Collaborate with inbound product, engineering, UX, and clinical teams to prioritize features that enhance detection, triage, and downstream treatment planning.

• Utilize hands-on knowledge of hospital operations, stroke program coordination, or neurosurgery/perioperative workflows to inform decision-making.

• Work alongside product marketing to establish positioning and messaging specifically designed for neuro audiences.

• Empower field teams through comprehensive internal training and alignment across functions.

• Assist in customer discovery efforts, maintain conference presence, and gather competitive insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in healthcare technology, including 3+ years of SaaS product management in digital health or care coordination platforms.

• At least 3 years of direct experience in launching digital or SaaS healthcare products into clinical markets.

• A minimum of 5 years of real-world clinical or hospital experience is necessary, such as stroke coordinator, neuroscience program manager, neuro operating room, or quality/process improvement in neuro environments.

• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical workflows into successful software products.

• In-depth understanding of multi-specialty care coordination within neurology or related fields.

• Strong skills in product execution and stakeholder collaboration across engineering, UX, clinical, and commercial teams.

• Knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), FDA-regulated environments, and EMR integrations.
