This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of Angi’s key Service Professional partners, acting as their main point of contact and strategic consultant.
• Cultivate an in-depth understanding of partner businesses, objectives, and platform performance to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Establish trusted relationships with partner leadership, offering consultative insights that enhance their results and long-term collaboration with Angi.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners, delivering performance insights and strategic suggestions.
• Evaluate partner performance metrics to identify trends, growth possibilities, and areas for operational enhancement.
• Convert complex data into straightforward insights and actionable suggestions for both partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Product teams to enhance data visibility and reporting for strategic accounts.
• Utilize quantitative analysis to inform decisions regarding partner engagement, expansion opportunities, and performance optimization.
• Discover ways to strengthen relationships with current partners and increase their engagement on the platform.
• Work alongside internal teams to create strategic proposals, pilot programs, and new initiatives that enhance partner value.
• Assist in executing growth strategies within the account portfolio while proactively addressing retention risks.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to represent partner needs and influence product enhancements.
• Gather feedback from partners to guide strategic priorities and operational enhancements.
• Get involved in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving the overall Service Professional experience.
• Maintain a proactive view of partner health, identifying risks and opportunities ahead of time.
• Develop structured account plans and engagement strategies for significant partners.
• Support internal projects that enhance processes, tools, and workflows for the wider Strategic Partnerships team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or customer success.
• Experience in managing intricate customer or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and propel initiatives forward.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations.
• Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based industries is advantageous.
