This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main communications partner to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and serve as a reliable advisor to the P&C leadership team.
• Design and implement multi-channel communication strategies.
• Simplify intricate HR policies into understandable messaging.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to ensure alignment with organizational strategy messaging.
• Oversee communications related to change management.
• Provide guidance to P&C leaders on communication and implementation strategies.
• Create presentations, employee communications, and content for board meetings.
• Manage editorial schedules and content workflows.
• Facilitate employee feedback initiatives and analyze resulting trends.
• Organize global P&C staff meetings and leadership gatherings.
• Establish success metrics and compile communication playbooks.
• 8–10 years of experience in employee, HR, or internal communications.
• In-depth understanding of strategic employee communications, change communications, employee engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong skills in executive communications.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data related to people.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification in HR, communications, or change management.
