Associate Director, Paid Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute thorough Paid Search strategies,

• Perform detailed analytics to derive customer insights,

• Guide the client's strategy amid the AI transformation of search,

• Accurately manage substantial budgets.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment in Paid Search efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Paid Search strategy and execution.

• Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns with significant budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field of study, or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs and the ability to navigate the transition from keyword-driven to intent-based/predictive modeling.
