This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Oversee the onboarding process and readiness assistance for product treatment sites.
• Provide education to treatment sites regarding workflows, system configurations, and operational needs.
• Conduct process-driven training utilizing approved resources.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the product’s comprehensive treatment journey.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for designated treatment sites.
• Offer support concerning product processes, operational functions, and logistics.
• Serve as the main point of contact for operational concerns and facilitate cross-functional resolutions.
• Collaborate with oncology field teams to promote compliant interactions and uniform site experiences.
• Establish trusted partnerships with site operational leaders.
• Utilize company data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics and uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Compile site feedback and process insights to enhance communications, workflows, resources, and educational materials.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for intricate therapies.
• Capability to function effectively in dynamic, ambiguous, and interdependent environments.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including identifying process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions.
• Proficient in cultivating meaningful relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment sites.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and various stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
