This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead the onboarding process and provide readiness support for product treatment facilities.
• Educate treatment facilities on workflows, system configurations, and operational prerequisites.
• Deliver education focused on processes utilizing approved resources.
• Assist facilities in developing the skills and knowledge essential for consistent product execution from start to finish.
• Act as the operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment facilities concerning the product.
• Offer assistance related to product processes, operations, and logistics.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational challenges.
• Triage and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration and established processes.
• Work alongside cross-functional oncology field teams to facilitate compliant engagement.
• Establish trusted relationships with operational leaders at the sites.
• Utilize company-generated data and dashboards to evaluate site operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency.
• Consolidate site feedback and process insights for headquarters teams.
• Assist in improving communications, operational workflows, resources, and educational materials.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, encompassing sales, account management, or provider operations/administration.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Ability to function effectively in “white space” settings with evolving processes, ambiguous paths, and various dependencies.
• Strong operational problem-solving abilities, including pinpointing process friction points, diagnosing root causes, and coordinating subsequent actions.
• Capability to cultivate and nurture significant relationships with operational stakeholders at treatment facilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Preferred: experience in supporting site activation/readiness and operational assistance for advanced therapies.
• Preferred: familiarity with complex oncology workflows.
• Preferred: experience with large oncology systems and various stakeholder groups within a single enterprise.
• Must reside within the designated Carolinas geographic territory.
