This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Creative Strategy: Spearhead dynamic creative strategy and direction for comprehensive ad campaigns, primarily on Meta and TikTok, while also encompassing YouTube, Amazon, and Display Platforms.

• Short Form Video Expert: Provide expert insights, concepts, directives, and briefs to effectively promote products and services through short-form video content.

• Data Analysis: Convert client marketing strategies and performance metrics into compelling ad concepts (This includes utilizing metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and clickthrough rate. You are adept at modifying creatives to influence these metrics.)

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Brief Designers and Editors on asset creation, including static ads, animations, mobile-first videos, and storyboards for short-form content. You are capable of refining designs in Figma or creating ads independently if necessary; this role requires more than just a strategic mindset.

• Executive Presentation: Deliver creative work presentations to stakeholders and clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic justification.

• Performance Iteration: Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor performance data and inform creative iterations, enhancing results over time.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative strategy for performance ad programs, particularly focused on short-form video and static formats. Candidates lacking experience in short-form video or creative strategy on Meta need not apply.

• A digital portfolio that highlights performance ad work featuring short-form video, motion graphics, and static designs. Include examples of your contributions to metrics such as hold rate or CTR. Demonstrate a diverse creative portfolio that showcases both highly designed and low-fidelity creative assets.

• Proficient in storyboarding, editing, and delivering ads. You should be able to use Figma to adjust hierarchy and pacing, as well as Photoshop or Illustrator to refine assets. This role is not suitable for strategy-only individuals.

• You articulate concepts in terms of hooks, angles, and metrics. Familiarity with thumb-stop rate, 3-second hold, hook retention, CTR, and CPA is essential, as you will use these metrics to determine future testing.

• Proficient in utilizing tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Icon, Runway, or similar to enhance productivity and output. Experience in producing ads with AI-assisted components rather than mere experimentation is necessary.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, especially when presenting to clients. You provide clear, actionable feedback to designers and editors and are adept at managing client pushback.

• Ability to transform ambiguous goals into actionable concepts, track results, and determine the next steps independently.

• Deep knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, and handoff. Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
