Associate Director of Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Content Strategy: Take charge of content initiatives across client campaigns, shaping production, experimenting with new formats and perspectives, and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives and platform best practices.

• Influencer Relationships: Establish and maintain direct relationships with creators and influencers, identifying the right partners for each brand while keeping them engaged and generating high-quality content.

• Hook & Brief Development: Craft and refine hooks and creative briefs, translating data insights into clearer and more precise guidance for creators and the creative team.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Assess content and campaign performance to pinpoint successful strategies and their underlying reasons, then integrate these insights back into briefs, hooks, and content direction.

• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with Strategy, Media Buying, and Creative teams to ensure content and influencer output align with client goals and campaign schedules.

• Performance Reporting: Deliver reports on content performance, influencer contributions, and trends in creative quality utilizing structured KPIs and platform data.

• Trend & Platform Fluency: Stay informed about platform trends, emerging formats, and creator behaviors, contributing innovative ideas that keep client content competitive.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing influencer/creator relationships and sourcing partners that produce high-performing content.

• Strong content instincts combined with a performance-oriented mindset — capable of crafting hooks, analyzing data, and knowing what adjustments to make.

• Comfortable utilizing performance data to guide creative decisions; you approach content as a medium to test, measure, and enhance.

• In-depth knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels), current formats, and creator behaviors.

• Proficient in influencer/creator sourcing and tracking tools (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, UpPromote, or similar CRM platforms).

• Excellent communicator and collaborator, adept at working across departments and directly with creators.

• Highly self-motivated — this is an individual-contributor role responsible for outcomes without a supporting team.
