This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide informed insights and support for marketing strategy decisions through comprehensive analysis of both primary and secondary data sources.
• Manage ad hoc analytics initiatives in support of the Orgovyx brand team.
• Create and deliver insights to the Orgovyx brand team, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on strategic KPIs and relevant diagnostic metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Clinical, Brand, and other support teams) to identify and prioritize essential business inquiries.
• A minimum of 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (without a Master’s) or 6 – 8 years (with a Master’s).
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Experience in commercial/brand analytics is preferred (familiarity with Statistical Packages such as SAS, R, SPSS, etc.).
• Strong familiarity and experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., Symphony, IQVIA, MMIT/DRG formulary/market access data).
