Associate Director, Market Access Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary leader for contract operations within the market access team.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new market access hires and ensure the toolkit for onboarding is current.

• Provide support for market access initiatives related to National, off-site events, and small group gatherings.

• Assist the Director of Market Access Operations with meeting-related tasks.

• Oversee the planning process for congresses and large-scale events.

• Keep team-level rosters updated along with a comprehensive market access overview.

• Manage market access communications collaboratively with the Director of Market Access Operations.

• Execute special projects that may involve researching topics, analyzing information, and summarizing data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in the market access field.

• Proven ability to organize and manage large projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and contract management systems.
