Associate Director – Lifesciences Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of pharmaceutical partnership opportunities in oncology, cardiology, respiratory, and other key therapeutic areas.

• Establish trusted relationships with essential stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Digital Health, and Commercial leads, within major accounts such as AstraZeneca, Merck, Lilly, and J&J, while also venturing into new pharmaceutical partnerships.

• Represent Qure.ai at industry conferences, customer engagements, and life sciences events throughout the US, identifying new opportunities and transforming interactions into a qualified pipeline.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Life Sciences Partnerships to formulate partnership strategies and commercial opportunities by conveying Qure.ai's clinical and AI capabilities into persuasive value propositions.

• Work closely with the Strategy and Growth team to create account plans, proposals, presentations, and commercial materials that enhance successful customer interactions.

• Manage the daily commercial operations, which include prospecting, outreach, meeting schedules, CRM management, follow-ups, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

• Cultivate a robust understanding of priority disease areas, clinical workflows, and Qure.ai’s AI solutions to engage effectively with physicians, scientists, and pharmaceutical stakeholders.

• Drive opportunities from initial contact through contract signing, collaborating with the Senior Director on commercial structuring, negotiations, and final approvals.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, healthcare, life sciences, digital health, or pharmaceutical commercial roles.

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• Proven track record in building and managing client relationships, pursuing commercial opportunities, and fulfilling commitments with a strong sense of ownership.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders within pharmaceutical organizations.

• Strong analytical skills and learning agility, with the capacity to swiftly comprehend new disease areas, clinical workflows, and AI-driven healthcare solutions.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events (approximately 40–60% travel, if applicable).
