This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for the Immunology Marketing and Sales Business Leaders.

• Collaborate with Immunology business leaders to understand the impacts of both short-term and long-term decisions, strategies, and significant change initiatives on employee learning and development in their specific business areas.

• Assess Immunology learning strategies and plans based on identified needs and gaps to support the overall business strategy.

• Work alongside business managers to identify “best fit” learning strategies, while partnering with GL&D and external collaborators to utilize existing resources and/or create new learning solutions tailored to unique business needs.

• Provide divisional clients with a clear view of short-, mid-, and long-term Immunology L&D plans, available resources, and access details.

• Contribute vital insights to the Immunology curriculum design and development team, which is responsible for the comprehensive planning of learner experiences and solutions.

• Evaluate and report the effectiveness of learning programs based on established metrics.

• Ensure the implementation of a cohesive, efficient, and strategically aligned approach to Immunology L&D planning and execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, or currently pursuing degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in Pharma Sales.

• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• At least 1 year of experience in facilitating or delivering learning solutions.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience in learning, talent management, HR, or related fields; familiarity with applicable technical or professional areas relevant to the division/function served (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales/marketing, etc.).
