This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.
• Propel growth and meet sales objectives for College Board programs and services within a designated territory.
• Implement established strategies at the state and regional levels.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and oversee a pipeline of opportunities from initial prospecting to closing.
• Create and uphold account management plans and business reviews for assigned accounts.
• Design data-driven, tailored solutions that address the needs of states and districts.
• Monitor progress towards individual, state, and regional targets.
• Analyze trends in the territory utilizing College Board data sources.
• Lead consultative, solution-oriented sales cycles with district leaders.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of College Board programs, services, innovations, and broader K-12 trends.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with state and district officials, identifying partnership opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to current, new, and former state/district partners.
• Collaborate with district leadership and internal teams to facilitate the implementation of selected programs and services.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track goals, account management, and opportunities.
• Share sales strategies, insights, and innovations both regionally and divisionally.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in education, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interest in and commitment to a sales career path.
• Comfort in managing a pipeline, meeting targets, and guiding partners toward adoption decisions.
• Drive to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Proven track record of setting and reaching ambitious goals.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Skill in translating educator needs into actionable solutions and influencing partners through consultative engagement.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, including managing workflows and supporting data-informed decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel and drive in adverse weather conditions in rural areas.
