Associate Director – International Student Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• The Associate Director will provide strategic vision, concentration, and innovation to facilitate future growth in a competitive landscape.

• Accountable for managing prospective student enrollments through international student recruitment from agents throughout Vietnam.

• Identifies opportunities to penetrate new markets and generate revenue, as well as the development of new revenue streams.

• Primarily engaged in sales and marketing initiatives and should possess a robust understanding of industry trends.

• Must focus on opportunities that are most likely to yield a profit.

• Involves identifying new business prospects in both existing and emerging markets, while also coordinating with high-profile clients and managing the expectations of both students and agents in accordance with deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have experience in student recruitment for US institutions, either directly or through an agency.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, is required.

• Significant experience in the education sector, particularly within Colleges and Universities.

• Should have experience in developing strategies to acquire business in new regions and expand business in existing areas.

• Experience working with B2B education agent partnerships.

• Prior experience in international student recruitment.
