Associate Director – International Student Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• The Associate Director will provide strategic vision, focus, and innovation to drive future growth within a competitive market.

• This role primarily focuses on managing prospective student enrollments through international student recruitment from agents throughout Morocco.

• Engagement in student recruitment is anticipated following general inquiries or initial applications received via agents.

• Consequently, the Associate Director is tasked with exploring new markets and generating revenue, as well as developing new revenue streams.

• The position mainly involves sales and marketing activities, requiring a robust understanding of industry trends to guide strategic planning and forecasting.

• The individual must prioritize opportunities that are most likely to yield a profit.

• This role is fundamentally about identifying new business opportunities in both existing and new markets, maintaining relationships with high-profile clients, and managing expectations of both students and agents in alignment with deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in student recruitment for French higher education institutions is essential.

• Must possess professional fluency in French.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

• Significant experience in the education sector, particularly within Colleges and Universities, is necessary.

• Experience in formulating strategies to acquire business in new regions and enhance business in existing regions is expected.

• Familiarity with B2B Education Agent partnerships is required.

• Previous experience in International Student Recruitment is essential.
