Associate Director – Integrations, Separations & Carve-Outs, Private Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner to private equity clients implementing buy-and-build, carve-out, and divestiture investment strategies.

• Oversee client deliverables, lead teams, and support the growth of junior team members.

• Engage in account management and contribute to business development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in professional services.

• Proven history of successfully managing large-scale transformation projects to their conclusion.

• Direct experience with M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestiture processes.

• Practical experience in structuring and overseeing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs).

• Experience in mentoring and developing junior professionals.

• Proficiency with AI: Ability to responsibly investigate and implement firm-approved AI tools to boost productivity and foster innovation.

• Commitment to continuous learning: Eagerness to learn and utilize emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in accordance with firm policies and client expectations.

• Availability to travel to client locations as required.
