This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technology leader for Agile teams focused on Coverage Pricing Intelligence, CapAI, and Pricing capabilities.
• Define, own, and implement the strategic product roadmap along with investment priorities.
• Convert business objectives into prioritized capabilities, release schedules, and measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, enterprise architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and management of dependencies.
• Establish and track OKRs and delivery performance metrics.
• Employ data-driven decision-making to prioritize investments and enhance product capabilities and customer experience.
• Recognize opportunities for modern data platforms, machine learning, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee platform operations, production support, incident management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate on secure, resilient, cloud-based data and AI solutions in accordance with architecture, governance, and compliance standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional team members.
• One of the following: Doctorate degree with 3 years of Information Systems experience; Master’s degree with 7 years; Bachelor’s degree with 9 years; Associate’s degree with 12 years; or high school diploma/GED with 14 years.
• At least 3 years of experience directly managing personnel and/or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise technology products or platforms that support analytics, pricing, commercial operations, business intelligence, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of Databricks, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, cloud-native data engineering architectures, and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience in delivering cloud-based technology solutions on AWS.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering data science, machine learning, and AI-powered products through production deployment and adoption.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, model orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI.
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary product teams.
• Understanding of enterprise data architecture, governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Technical proficiency to assess solution designs and guide architectural decisions.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders and foster cross-functional alignment.
• Experience with Agile product organizations utilizing SAFe methodologies.
