This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of our most significant and intricate digital transformation programs, approaching each with an entrepreneurial urgency and sense of ownership, as though you were personally investing in the program’s outcomes.
• Act as the main liaison among HR, Finance, Accounting, Technology, and third-party payroll vendors.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners to provide payroll guidance during reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions, as well as policy updates and system enhancements.
• Comprehend and advocate for the Strategic Vision of the organization, ensuring alignment as a trusted advisor.
• Build trust and nurture a collaborative relationship with digital and functional executive sponsors, ensuring a thorough understanding of their strategic priorities and perspectives to drive alignment and mutual success.
• Skillfully navigate the political landscape among senior leaders in the function and digital transformation.
• Oversee essential project management fundamentals: project schedule, key decisions, resources, financials, requirements, issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Propel the program’s delivery cadence while maintaining momentum and accountability, effectively blending agile and waterfall methodologies as necessary.
• Consistently demonstrate progress and provide status updates and briefings.
• Develop engaging materials to effectively relay the program's value delivery narrative to senior and executive leaders.
• Successfully guide your programs through our phase-gated project governance framework.
• Keep the team focused on critical cyber, architectural, and compliance artifacts while securing necessary approvals at each phase gate.
• With determination and resilience, tackle complex issues and challenges associated with your program.
• You will initiate and skillfully manage tactful executive escalations to facilitate critical decisions while maintaining trust, preserving relationships, and fostering a positive way forward.
• In addition to achieving outstanding results on your assigned program, you will engage in initiatives to continuously improve and mature our project management services while advancing our value management capabilities.
• Travel approximately 20% within the United States.
• A university degree and 12 years of relevant experience are typically required, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience, OR, in the absence of a degree, 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in program management oversight of digital transformation software development or infrastructure initiatives, including 3+ years of experience in building and managing schedules using MS Project.
• Experience in managing HR and payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale programs involving complex enterprise systems, such as ERP, Payroll, Data Repositories, or Engineering systems.
• Demonstrated capability to interface and collaborate with concurrent enterprise programs, managing dependencies, resources, and scheduling effectively.
