This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, defining complex project scopes, and enhancing Coastal Cloud's financial engagement within an existing HLS account portfolio.
• Accountable for achieving bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics throughout the designated HLS portfolio.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships (C-suite, clinical leaders, VP of Digital Health) within accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and the main point of escalation for project teams.
• Engage in and lead parts of the proposal development process for healthcare clients, aiding in the formulation of proposal pricing strategies and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Facilitate executive-level discussions concerning patient journeys, member engagement, clinical workflows, provider relations, and commercial life sciences operations.
• Mobilize, oversee, and mentor engagement teams, ensuring that functional consultants and architects grasp the unique nuances of healthcare delivery.
• Define deliverable structures, supervise project kick-offs, sprint planning, working sessions, and sprint reviews to guarantee successful project delivery in complex health-tech settings.
• Manage project quality, risk, and timeline constraints, ensuring that all technical deliverables comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, HITRUST).
• Align the deliverables of the SOW or Change Order with the objectives needed from the team, particularly regarding integrations with legacy clinical systems (EHR/EMR like Epic/Cerner) or payer data systems.
• Ensure projects meet targeted profitability, concentrating on effective margin management, precise forecasting, and overall project health.
• Implement continuous enhancements to the project delivery process, integrating industry best practices for agile healthcare software delivery.
• Over 10 years of experience in a Consulting environment.
• Extensive domain experience in healthcare operations, including patient access, care coordination, provider network management, member enrollment, or life sciences commercial operations.
• More than 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce or CRM projects.
• Proven skills in relationship and program management, with a track record of building and nurturing strong, trusted-advisor relationships with customers.
• Project management experience encompassing proposals, contract management, pricing, risk management, and project staffing.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage teams through influence while also performing as an individual contributor.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Agile delivery is essential.
• Involvement in Sales and Business Development Efforts.
• Possesses domain experience in sales, sales operations, or customer support.
• Knowledgeable in CRM or Marketing Automation applications, particularly Salesforce.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage stress and respond effectively to last-minute, urgent requests.
• Must possess full-time permanent US work authorization.
• Flexible working hours prioritizing life-work balance (in that order!).
