Associate Director – Health Technology Consulting, Revenue Cycle Technology – Epic

⛳️ Requirements

• Between eight to twelve years of cumulative experience in health IT consulting, EHR implementation, or revenue cycle operations, with previous experience in a consulting firm highly preferred

• Extensive Epic revenue cycle knowledge, including certification in one or more modules such as Resolute HB, Resolute PB, Charge Router, Grand Central, or Prelude, along with a minimum of three years in Epic revenue cycle settings

• Significant experience with at least one of Oracle Health, Meditech Expanse, or athenahealth within a revenue cycle framework

• Proven history of managing intricate engagements with exposure to C-suite clients

• Experience in leading and developing consulting personnel across multiple workstream engagements

• Proficiency in revenue cycle performance indicators such as DNFB, DCFB, A/R days, first-pass rate, denial rate, clean claim rate, and net collection rate

• Comprehension of the intersection between payer and regulatory requirements with EHR configuration, including CMS billing rules, prior authorization workflows, and structures for value-based contracting

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a graduate degree in health informatics, business administration, or a related discipline is advantageous
