This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop the Health IT Liaison team.
β’ Ensure the effective implementation of account plans, compliance with standards, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Assess team performance, offer constructive feedback, acknowledge achievements, and identify training requirements.
β’ Collaborate with training teams to create and deliver educational programs.
β’ Oversee national training initiatives, including onboarding for new hires and continuous learning for the team.
β’ Support Health IT strategy, messaging, tools, and training for field teams focused on EHR initiatives.
β’ Work alongside third-party vendors to manage legal, regulatory, and medical reviews of marketing materials in accordance with MAC standards.
β’ Standardize, implement, and execute the Health IT strategy in partnership with the Director.
β’ Lead account planning and management for key IDN and payer accounts.
β’ Oversee the customer-account prioritization process for Health IT Liaisons.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional medical and commercial account teams to gather customer insights.
β’ Partner with leads from the Medical and IDN Strategy Teams and other cross-functional partners to align initiatives and evaluate national opportunities.
β’ Engage customers utilizing appropriate methods and MAC-approved materials and messaging.
β’ Ensure effective utilization of CRM tools to manage schedules, monitor activities, and document customer interactions.
β’ Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that promote business objectives.
β’ Evolve strategic and executional plans for Health IT Liaison in alignment with medical and brand strategies.
β’ Provide insights on targeting strategies, KPIs, and action plans.
β’ Travel 40β50% as needed.
β’ Doctorate degree OR master's degree with 4 years of experience in a Health IT life science role OR bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience OR associate's degree with 12 years of experience OR high school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree in informatics is preferred.
β’ Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and critical-thinking skills.
β’ Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
β’ Strong knowledge of IDNs and key partners.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of EHR systems within IDNs.
β’ Experience in population health management and implementation science.
β’ Proven experience in successfully managing and motivating direct reports.
β’ Ability to effectively manage complex accounts and cross-functional relationships.
