This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of disease state education, alongside branded positioning, campaigns, and messaging across both personal and non-personal channels.
• Design and spearhead media strategies aimed at enhancing unbranded and branded engagement through digital and non-personal platforms.
• Oversee the planning and execution of HCP Advisory Boards and Market Research to generate and analyze pertinent customer insights.
• Establish, track, and refine KPIs to evaluate performance and inform strategic modifications.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while coordinating resources to guarantee timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
• Collaborate with key agency partners to drive market development and branded campaign initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in science or business); an MBA is advantageous.
• 8–10 years of marketing experience and/or relevant commercial expertise within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationships with external agency partners.
• Capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in the field of rheumatology is preferred.
• Familiarity with US launch readiness is a plus.
