This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of initiatives for enrollment, retention, and utilization within the mail order pharmacy sector.
• Take ownership of comprehensive growth outcomes across both inbound and outbound contact center channels.
• Collaborate across departments to provide a seamless, high-converting omni-channel experience for members.
• Function as the primary business leader responsible for acquisition and retention performance.
• Utilize data-driven insights and optimize member journeys to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Establish key performance indicators to enhance the effectiveness of sales programs and improve cost efficiency.
• Offer data-driven expertise and management reporting to bolster sales performance and expand market share.
• Create go-to-market strategies while identifying new business opportunities.
• Determine areas for improvement through trend analysis and utilization studies.
• Work alongside business leaders, marketing, and finance to develop strategic and competitive sales plans.
• Address complex technical and operational challenges across departments.
• Potentially supervise multiple managers or specialized professional associates.
• Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience within the health solutions sector.
• Proven success in directing and leading teams effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to drive conversion, retention, and growth outcomes through multi-channel strategies.
• Experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and performance management skills.
• Experience in leveraging customer data and insights to enhance acquisition and engagement results.
• Proven capability to translate strategy into actionable execution that delivers measurable business impact.
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial trends.
• Possess an executive presence.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• A passion for contributing to an organization that prioritizes continuous improvement in consumer experiences.
• Required minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
