Associate Director, Governance, Data Management Operations Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Act as the main representative for IQVIA Digital on enterprise data governance committees and boards.

• Spearhead data governance and compliance initiatives in close collaboration with IQVIA Information Governance.

• Create, implement, and document operating models across the organization, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), workflow diagrams (e.g., Lucidchart), and governance frameworks.

• Manage and enhance the Data Management SharePoint site as the definitive source for design, processes, and documentation.

• Convert complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in data management, data governance, compliance, data-driven operations, website design, program management, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, regulatory standards, and enterprise compliance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Data Management, Product, GTM, Leadership, and Information Governance teams.

• Outstanding organizational and execution skills, including effective prioritization, critical thinking, stakeholder management (both upward and downward), and a strong sense of accountability.
