This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Direct the strategic and operational execution of scientific communications, focusing on the planning, development, and implementation of publications.
• Act as both Client Manager and Project Manager for projects related to scientific communications and publications.
• Supervise the comprehensive publication strategy, ensuring the development of scientific content and its distribution aligns with client goals and global publication standards.
• Work in close partnership with other global leaders in our Global Medical Information and Medical Affairs service line.
• A Medical or Scientific degree, such as PharmD, MD, or PhD.
• Over 5 years of experience in medical communications or scientific communications, with substantial expertise in publications planning and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of publication guidelines, including Good Publication Practice (GPP), International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), PRISMA, CONSORT, STROBE, CARE, and others.
• Experience in developing and executing a strategic publication plan, integrated medical communication strategy and plan, scientific platform, lexicon, etc.
• A proven history of manuscript development and delivering congress materials.
• Exceptional project management abilities and a demonstrated track record of achievement-oriented results.
