Associate Director, Global Regulatory Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and provide guidance on global regulatory strategies.

• Serve as a principal advisor to the Global Regulatory Lead (GRL) and Regional Regulatory Lead (RRL).

• Direct and manage intricate regulatory submissions across various regions.

• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings.

• Recognize potential risks and suggest effective solutions.

• Supervise the preparation and submission of essential documentation.

• Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Advocate for process improvement within the global regulatory project management function.

• Mentor and support junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

• At least 8+ years of experience in regulatory project management and submissions.

• Proven experience in strategic regulatory leadership.

• Experience in leading cross-functional and international teams.

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management and document management tools (e.g., Smartsheets, MS Project, Power BI, MS Office suite).

• PMP or a similar certification is preferred.
