This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain headcount models, financial packages, and business intelligence metrics / KPIs.
• Present performance and trend reports to the Operations and Finance leadership teams during monthly meetings and other relevant forums.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Operations while supporting ad hoc analyses and data requests, including identifying unexpected variances/trends and collaborating with business leaders to investigate these matters.
• Infuse creativity and data-driven insights into solution opportunities within Operations.
• Continuously enhance our models to reflect the evolving nature of our business and operations, including expansions of our customer base, new product offerings, and operational efficiencies.
• Deliver both business updates and process recommendations to cross-functional partner teams, such as Talent, Workday, and Enterprise FP&A, based on challenges and opportunities within that business area.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and corporate planning in collaboration with the Enterprise FP&A function.
• Assist department budget owners with monthly reports, job requisition support, and department P&L forecasting.
• Collaborate with other teams within the Finance department (e.g., Accounting) to ensure accurate forecasting and partner on month-end variance analyses to refine monthly forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience (Required).
• 3-5 years of experience as an Associate Director or Senior Analyst in corporate finance (FP&A), investment banking, or other finance roles with significant financial modeling experience, preferably from an institution with a training/rotational/development program (Required).
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Required).
• Proven experience in creating dynamic executive-level dashboards (drop-downs, visuals, summaries) to distill large amounts of complex data into actionable insights (Required).
• An iterative, scalable, and modular approach to modeling/analyses, using standardized “data templates” for plug-and-play modeling.
• Demonstrated history of exceptional documentation and version control for iterative change analyses (Required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple work streams and stakeholders (Required).
• Remarkably detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy (Required).
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify insights from financial data and translate them into business analytics and recommendations (Required).
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights and other reporting tools such as Power BI/Tableau (Preferred).
• Experience in or exposure to the healthcare sector, pricing, and/or operational analytics (Preferred).
