This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
β’ Inspire, guide, mentor, develop, and retain a diverse team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
β’ Directly oversee a regionally aligned team consisting of up to 10 direct reports.
β’ Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts.
β’ Enhance access and fulfillment impact for patients initiating or continuing therapy.
β’ Formulate both short- and long-term strategic plans and manage the execution of related tactics.
β’ Cultivate team culture, promote accountability, manage FRM performance, foster customer relationships, and achieve team objectives.
β’ Mentor FRMs to leverage data insights and account management skills to overcome access barriers.
β’ Assist in identifying and addressing patient challenges related to Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, Assignment of Benefit, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit.
β’ Collaborate with Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, Sales District Managers, SCG, Franchise Marketing, and Brand teams.
β’ Operate in the field with minimal oversight.
β’ Manage and allocate budget in line with team goals.
β’ Perform responsibilities in accordance with the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
β’ Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree is mandatory.
β’ At least 8 years of experience in healthcare business is required.
β’ Understanding of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
β’ Proven leadership skills and a track record of performance success in previous roles.
β’ A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States is required.
β’ Must reside within the designated geography or be willing to relocate there.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in the neuroscience disease state is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications is preferred.
β’ Experience in navigating high-profile, complex business situations is preferred.
β’ Experience in developing and executing customer-focused strategies is preferred.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a matrix environment is preferred.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
β’ Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic market is preferred.
β’ Commitment to understanding emerging technologies, such as AI, is preferred.
β’ Experience in enhancing team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment, is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is required.
