This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee, develop, and directly supervise a team of Field Reimbursement Managers responsible for access and fulfillment duties.
β’ Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy throughout the Northeast region.
β’ Inspire, mentor, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of up to 10 direct reports.
β’ Enhance access and fulfillment impact for patients initiating or continuing therapy.
β’ Formulate short- and long-term strategic plans and oversee the execution of related tactics.
β’ Drive district vision, foster team culture, enforce accountability, manage FRM performance, cultivate customer relationships, and achieve team objectives.
β’ Guide FRMs in leveraging data insights and account management skills to overcome access challenges.
β’ Assist in identifying and resolving patient barriers related to Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, Assignment of Benefit, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit.
β’ Collaborate with Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, Field Sales, and other internal and external partners.
β’ Operate in the field with minimal supervision.
β’ Manage and allocate the budget in accordance with team goals.
β’ Fulfill responsibilities in compliance with the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
β’ Report to the Field Director of Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS.
β’ Travel up to 75% of the time.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare business is required.
β’ Familiarity with account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
β’ Proven leadership skills and a track record of performance success in previous positions.
β’ A valid Driver's License is required in one of the 50 United States.
β’ Must reside within the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
β’ Preferred: 3+ years of direct people management experience.
β’ Preferred: Experience in the neuroscience disease state.
β’ Preferred: MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications.
β’ Experience in developing and implementing customer-oriented strategies is essential.
β’ Ability to effectively collaborate across functions in a matrix environment.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic market is preferred.
β’ Commitment to learning emerging technologies, including AI, is preferred.
β’ Experience in fostering team AI literacy and confidence, promoting responsible AI use and sound judgement is preferred.
