This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Inspire, motivate, coach, and cultivate a diverse team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Oversee a regionally aligned team consisting of up to 10 direct reports.
• Implement the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy throughout the Southern region.
• Enhance access and fulfillment outcomes for patients initiating or continuing therapy.
• Formulate both long-term and short-term strategic plans and manage the execution of associated tactics.
• Promote district vision, foster team culture, ensure accountability, manage FRM performance, build customer relationships, and meet team objectives.
• Guide and develop FRMs to leverage data insights and account management skills to overcome access barriers.
• Assist in identifying and resolving patient challenges related to Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, Assignment of Benefit, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit.
• Establish trust-based relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Operate in the field with minimal supervision.
• Encourage communication across Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales.
• Manage and allocate budget resources in accordance with team objectives.
• Perform responsibilities in compliance with the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare business is required.
• Familiarity with account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles, including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of success in previous roles.
• A valid Driver's License from one of the 50 United States.
• Must reside within the designated geography or be willing to relocate.
• Preferably 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in the neuroscience disease state is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate high-profile, complex business scenarios is preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing customer-focused strategies is preferred.
• Ability to effectively collaborate across functions in a matrix environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
• Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic market is preferred.
• A demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and the application of new tools over time is preferred.
• Experience in building team AI literacy and confidence, while promoting responsible AI use and sound judgment is preferred.
