This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational rhythm for the sales organization.
• Organize weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and strategic planning sessions.
• Convert VP priorities into quantifiable operational plans.
• Monitor leadership commitments and the execution across the organization.
• Manage governance processes that support commercial performance.
• Ensure that Regional Directors carry out the agreed priorities.
• Create organizational scorecards and leadership dashboards.
• Track the implementation of strategic priorities.
• Guarantee consistency in leadership expectations across regions.
• Assess business health and the effectiveness of execution.
• Supervise coaching consistency among Regional Directors.
• Identify organizational risks and suggest interventions.
• Hold leadership teams accountable for reaching execution milestones.
• Prepare presentations at the National level.
• Develop materials for weekly leadership meetings, National Sales meetings, Live meetings, Town Halls, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Manage communications for leadership.
• Create organizational messaging.
• Organize recognition and awards programs.
• Assist in executive decision-making using business insights.
• Serve as the primary contact for GTM pull-through and implementation.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives.
• Manage enterprise-level projects.
• Foster cross-functional alignment.
• Eliminate barriers to execution.
• Ensure the organization is ready.
• Facilitate communication between commercial functions.
• Oversee onboarding processes.
• Lead offboarding transactions.
• Aid in succession planning.
• Develop initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Streamline organizational processes.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Standardize leadership tools and resources.
• Support culture, engagement, and recognition initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in biotech/pharma with field sales experience.
• Proven success in performance management, sales leadership, commercial operations, business management, cross-functional leadership, business analytics, organizational effectiveness, and strategic planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, making an impact in a short period.
• Must demonstrate inclusive peer leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Previous leadership experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated individual who performs well independently or as part of a team.
• Must have a strategic and operational mindset, including skills in time and resource allocation and management.
